Samuel is a highly dynamic, strategic, organized and result driven leader with high managerial courage. He shares over fifteen years of leading and managing humanitarian relief and development programmes with keen interest in ensuring high quality efficient effective programmes and maximizing impact for all assigned responsibilities.
He currently provides overall country strategic leadership and oversight of Life in Abundance International Uganda operations, including strategy development and implementation.
He holds a Bachelor in Arts in Education from Kyambogo University and Masters of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Management from Uganda Christian University
