Volunteer

Your gift of your time remains the greatest gift Vipawakids can receive.

The Vipawa Children’s Art Museum needs all of us! Creating fun, exciting, and formative experiences for all children, regardless of how much their families can pay and participate, is a community effort. Volunteers generously donate their time, talents that we can better meet our mission – offering interactive experiences through arts that ignite curiosity, exploration and play.

Do you enjoy being creative and working with children? Are you looking for a way to give back to your community? The Children’s Museum is looking for responsible, reliable, and energetic individuals to be a part of our Volunteer program. This is a great opportunity for you to make a difference in our community and spaces mentoring young children.

Please Note: The Children’s Museum requires a criminal background check on all regular volunteers over the age of 18. Due to confidentiality laws the Museum cannot disclose any information from these background checks to the public.

Vipawa Children’s Art Museum does not allow anyone to volunteer if they have been involved in crimes involving minors, serious crimes involving drugs or alcohol, or any case of aggressive violence against any individual. The Museum retains the rights to turn away any volunteer at any time.
